Arunachal Pradesh Administrative Reforms Commission
The Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC) of Arunachal Pradesh has been constituted to examine the current scope and functioning of the State's administrative system and to suggest steps for its improvement in the light of changing socio-economic circumstances. The Commission is committed to reviewing the existing administrative framework and recommending transformative reforms to create a more efficient, inclusive, and developed state.

Shri Pramod Jain, IAS (retd.)
Chairman
A distinguished civil servant of the J&K 1985 cadre, Shri Pramod Jain brings decades of administrative experience. Throughout his illustrious career, he served the Govt of Jammu & Kashmir and the Union Govt. in various capacities including as Financial Commissioner Revenue, Agriculture and as VC & DG,J&K IMPARD (Chief Secretary level). Following superannuation, he held key positions like Chairman of J&K Water Regulatory Authority and New Districts Committee, UT of Ladakh. Beyond administration, he is also a poet, author, speaker and public broadcaster. He is also visiting professor in Public Administration in two universities.
Shri Hento Karga, APCS (retd.)
Member
An accomplished civil servant of 1993 batch of Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service, Shri Hento Karga has dedicated his career to strengthening public administration and rural development in the State. Over the decades of dedicated service, he served in various pivotal roles, including as Deputy Commissioner of Tirap and Director of Rural Development. His deep-rooted experience in administration now guides his role as Member of the Commission.
